For Norway House First Nation and other communities, a key component of survival was the implementation of the Northern Flood Agreement. In chapter four, we examine the incredible changes that have occurred in the Northern Flood community of Norway House as a result of the comprehensive compensation agreement over the past 25 years. The Northern Flood Agreement has not only guaranteed the survival of Norway House, but is also paving the way for future economic development.
